A resource of kundalini yoga kriyas, meditations and mantras for your health, happiness and spiritual evolution. Kundalini Yoga Kundalini Yoga Kriya Library Kundalini Yoga Kriyas Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, is an ancient yogic technology that addresses every level of energy to include the body, emotions, mind, soul and spirit to remove energetic blockages, expand awareness, create energetic and systemic harmony and inspire transformation, peace and positivity. This "householders yoga" encourages resilience and enhance ones' ability to cope with the challenges of our time. This is the original somatic healing therapy , as it holds a cannon of over 5000 kriyas (exercise sets) that were considered so powerful they were practiced in secret for thousands of years. Kundalini Yoga Kriyas have very specific postures, hand positions (mudras), eye gaze (dristi), breathing techniques (pranayama), mantra chants and intentional focuses. In order to recieve the benefits, please read and follow all of the directions. If you have questions, please let me know. It is customary to chant the Adi Mantra three times a the start of a Kundalini Kriya. This invites in your Higher Self and your Spiritual Supporter to guide you through the "yoga of awareness". Upon completion of a kriya, we chant Sat Nam (visulizing energy rising from the root to the crown.) three times in order to seal and close the practice. Sat Nam & Many Blessings. It is associated with the 3rd Eye Chakra. This kriya strengthens and lengthens the lower body moving energy that may be stuck or stagnant. The energy from the lower centers holds a lower consciousness that can now rise to the higher centers transforming trauma and drama into wisdom and experience. It is said that when the pituitary gland is balanced through yoga and meditation, the body comes into harmony with the soul. Click here for the Kriya. - Meridian Tapping | Robin Whitaker
In your personalized session, you will be guided through this self-healing process that treats the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It bridges the unconscious and conscious mind as it activates the relaxation response and turns off the stress response. Meridian tapping Nothing ever goes away until it teaches us what we need to know. - - Pema Chodron Book your Tapping Session Guided Meridian Tapping Session Available Online Guided Meridian Tapping to target your specific issues and goals. 1 hr 150 US dollars $150 Book Here A Pathway to self healing Tapping is an easily accessible tool for self-healing. Nearly anyone, at any age, can draw upon the power of tapping. It empowers us to reclaim our health and happiness. Tapping is holistic in nature. It addresses one’s whole self ~ body, emotion, mind, soul and spirit. The word holistic is a bit like the word natural. It has yet to be legally defined. However, in my practice, holistic always refers to wholeness. In this way, a holistic therapy must attend to the physical, emotional, psychological, mental, energy, soul and spiritual levels. Tapping is an energy therapy. Energy interpenetrates, interconnects and is the “source of all” at every level of Being ~ body, emotion, mind, soul and spirit. More specifically, tapping is considered to be one aspect of the Energy Psychology healing model. As such, tapping creates an opportunity for one to bridge the separation between the unconscious and one’s conscious awareness. Tapping allows you to address the conscious, and the unconscious, causes of an issue. Many people, for a variety of reasons, have what is called a “psychological reversal”. This reversal indicates that their energy is actually reversing their healing intention. Psychological reversals are the result of the unconscious actively protecting one from further trauma or harm. The tapping process addresses this contradiction by temporarily correcting the reversal and allowing the healing intention to penetrate thus creating an opportunity for positive change to occur. Tapping invites you to move through the fears, traumas and blocks that are woven into the very fabric of your Being to include the cellular body, your DNA, your emotions, your thoughts, your memories and even your karma. Tapping changes minds and beliefs. At the heart of our issues, we hold certain beliefs about our situation. These limiting beliefs can be conscious or unconscious. Limiting beliefs actually block healing and transformation. We can use tapping to release limiting thoughts and beliefs. Once cleared, we then can utilize this process to create a new belief around an issue. For example, when we receive a physical diagnosis, we are brought into an often limiting belief system. Once we receive a diagnosis, the body will reflect the thoughts, fears, feelings and beliefs contained within that diagnosis. If we can change our thoughts, feelings and beliefs around a specific diagnosis, we can then create a more positive belief and potential for that issue. Tapping interrupts the stress response. This creates a space for change to occur. When we are under stress, the body releases hormones into the blood stream that put the body into “lockdown” as the fight, flight or freeze mechanism is activated. In the short term, this enables the body to escape genuine dangers. In the long term, this puts a great strain on the body and essentially shuts down its innate ability to heal itself. Research indicates that tapping can actually lower the cortisol levels that are released when the body is stressed. Tapping affects brain chemistry. When we tap, we redirect the flow of blood in the brain. Tapping is able to activate the particular areas of the brain that guide our physical, emotional, intellectual or spiritual activities. The increased blood flow into very specific parts of the brain enables us to optimize our ability to handle certain situations and to perform specific functions. Tapping is effective for pain relief. This process can generate relief from many types of physical and psychological pain. The latest research indicates that this relief may extend into actual physical healing which has been verified through x-rays and a measurable improvement of professionally diagnosed and documented conditions. Tapping works best when you “feel it to heal it”. The more that you are willing to “feel it”; the more you will be able to effect positive change. This process requires you to become very attentive to the experiences of your body and the physical sensations that arise when you tap. You need to attune to your feelings and emotions, any memories that emerge and the thoughts that come up while you are involved in the tapping process. The insights of your body, emotions and thoughts are guides that will lead you into new insights on the cause and effect of your issue. With this awareness, you can tap to release the stuck energy. Tapping works with the power of words to heal and transform. Words are powerful. It is always important to be conscious of our thoughts and our words. The energy of our words, whether they are silent or spoken, is extraordinarily creative. Tapping utilizes a series of significant and purposeful phrases. These words are not random. They hold specific meaning and are used to actualize our intentions. For example, Dr. Joe Dispenza has found that the brain will reframe itself around the words, “I now choose” and “I am grateful for”. It is also important to note that the most effective language for intentions and affirmations requires that they are positively framed and set in the current tense. Tapping draws upon a healing formula for success. Ma ny traditions use beliefs, words, intentions and affirmations to create positive change such as Ho’Oponopono, Greg Braden’s book, The God Code and the Mastermind Prayer Process. When we compare several of these traditions, we are able to identify a specific pattern or healing formula. Tapping utilizes this healing formula to bring about healing and transformation. The Healing Formula #1 Acknowledge what is true. #2 Release, Forgive, Surrender what is not working. #3 Bless and affirm your positive intention. #4 Be grateful. Tapping is a process. It is “work” and requires a willingness to “go into the issue”. For tapping to be successful, you must be willing to do the work. This process, as with many types of therapy, is a bit like peeling an onion. You need to be prepared to go deeper into the layers and levels of an issue in order to get to the root. Often on this journey, as one issue is cleared, you may find that several others are now revealed. You will want to continue your way through an issue in order to can create genuine healing and transformation. Tapping is a life practice, much like meditation. This healing modality demonstrates immediate positive results. However, while it is highly effective in addressing emotional and physical issues in the short term, it shows the most promise when we choose to adopt this practice as a way of life. Tapping is like brushing your teeth and flossing. It is a proactive way in which we can better deal with the stresses and challenges of life. Tapping generates the same responses in the body as meditation and when adopted as a daily habit it can be beneficial for body, emotion, mind, energy, soul and spirit. Tapping can also be used to actualize your greatest good. Tapping is not just a healing tool. It is widely used by therapists and coaches to remove blocks that may be impeding success. Tapping can empower your dreams, go als and self-actualization. Once an issue is addressed, released and healed, there is “space for grace”. You are now open to the positive possibilities that you intend for your life. With the process, you can essentially clarify and re-design every level of your entire Being and re-design your whole life. I do not ask to walk smooth paths nor bear an easy load. I pray for strength and fortitude to climb the rock strewn road. Give me such courage and I can scale the headiest peaks alone, and transform every stumbling block into a stepping stone. -Gail Brook Burket the tapping Process Tapping Points The Crown The Inside Eyebrow Point The Corner Eye Point (tap on bone at corner of eye) The Under Eye Point (tap under pupil on the bone) The Nose Point (tap on the indent above your lip) The Chin Point (tap under the lip at center) The Collar Bone Point (one inch under “u” shape and one inch to left/right of collarbone) The Under Arm Point (tap approximately 1 hand length under the arm) The Tapping Process To Begin, Create a setup statement of intent. Meditations Meditation allows us to directly participate in our lives instead of living life as an afterthought. ~Stephen Levine Please enjoy this offering. It is a start! It my intention to develop a catalog of guided meditations that will include meridian tapping, journeywork, and energy therapy. Guided Meditation and Journeywork create an opportunity for you... Activate the Relaxation Response "The term "Relaxation Response" was coined by Dr. Herbert Benson, professor, author, cardiologist, and founder of Harvard’s Mind/Body Medical Institute. The response is defined as your personal ability to encourage your body to release chemicals and brain signals that make your muscles and organs slow down and increase blood flow to the brain. In his book, The Relaxation Response, Dr. Benson describes the scientific benefits of relaxation, explaining that regular practice of the Relaxation Response can be an effective treatment for a wide range of stress-related disorders... People who meditate regularly enjoy lower stress levels, increased wellbeing, and even were able to reduce their blood pressure levels and resting heart rate." Marilyn Mitchell M.D., "Dr. Herbert Benson's Relaxation Response". Psychology Today, March 29, 2013. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/heart-and-soul-healing/201303/dr-herbert-benson-s-relaxation-response To activate the relaxation response, we need to shift our brain frequency from from the highly active state of beta into alpha. Alpha brainwave frequency is associated with rest and relaxation. During alpha,we are reflective, in-process and creative. Our breathing becomes more relaxed. Our pulse rate slows, our blood pressure goes down and the endocrine system sends chemical (hormonal) messages that shift the body into a recovery and healing mode. Explore Various Types of Meditation There are many different types of meditation that have been practice for thousands of years. In more recent times, various techniques have been developed. In this practice, we will draw from a variety of sources to include yoga, qi gong, shamanism, the Heartmath Institute and Dr. Joe Dispenza in our integrative practice of meditation. Meditation for Spiritual Development Guided Meditation is the most essential tool for spiritual development as it create a direct connection with one's soul and illuminate the significance of current circumstances of one's life. In meditation practice, the meditative mind is developed which creates the doorway to the higher levels of Being. The pineal gland is toned and activated when the meditative mind is achieved. To Create Dynamic Change To connect with the unified field of Infinite Possibilities to open to the flow of energy that can heal, bless, and create dynamic change in your life. Re-align Your Path To be inspired and empowered to explore, experience and re-align your path with a more conscious intent. Heal and Transform To seek out information, allies and energy that will empower clarity of circumstance by offering healing methods that can empower your healing journey. Understand Sacred Contracts and Karmic Patterns To better understand meaning and significance of the people and patterns impacting this lifetime. Guided Meditation ~The Relevance of Brainwave Frequency ~ We can utilize meditation to create genuine and dynamic positive change in our lives. In order to create positive change, science tells us that we need to shift from the active and stress-filled level of brain function into a more relaxed and healing state of mind. The waking state of brain function is known as beta. Beta brain function ranges from hyper-vigilance and highly stressed to everyday focus and functional awareness. We spend a great deal of our waking time is the busy-mind-state of beta. It is well documented that extended periods of high beta activity are very hard on the body, mind and spirit. To activate the relaxation response, we need to shift our brain frequency from from the highly active state of beta into alpha. As the brainwave frequency slows down, we move through levels of consciousness. In beta, we are highly conscious, awake and aware. In alpha, we are slowing down and more relaxed. As brainwave frequency continues to slow, we shift from a relaxed state into a state where we still conscious and yet we are now able to access the subconscious mind. This alpha into theta frequency is the goal for our guided meditation. In this frequency, we are able to access the benefits of theta brainwave frequency. Theta brainwave frequency ranges from daydreaming, meditation, light sleep and finally the dream state. For our purposes, we will focus on the alpha-into-theta brainwave frequency range because this is the space where we are able to access the subconscious mind. At this point, the critical (discerning) consciousness relaxes and we now have access to our subconscious mind. Dr. Bruce Lipton has stated that 95% of our mind is unconscious and this subconscious mind is one million times more powerful than our conscious mind. We will harness the power of guided meditation to shift from beta into alpha-theta. This is your opportunity to activate the relaxation response in your body and to access your subconscious mind for the purpose of co-creating health, happiness and transformation. Where your attention goes, your energy flows. ~ Dr. Joe Dispenza
