Kundalini Yoga Kriyas, Meditations & Mantras

Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, is an ancient yogic technology that addresses every level of energy to include the body, emotions, mind, soul and spirit to remove energetic blockages, expand awareness, create energetic and systemic harmony and inspire transformation, peace and positivity. This "householders yoga" encourages resilience and enhance ones' ability to cope with the challenges of our time.

 

This is the original somatic healing therapy, as it holds a cannon of over 5000 kriyas (exercise sets) that were considered so powerful they were practiced in secret for thousands of years.

Kundalini Yoga Kriyas have very specific postures, hand positions (mudras), eye gaze (dristi), breathing techniques (pranayama), mantra chants and intentional focuses. In order to recieve the benefits, please read and follow all of the directions.  If you have questions, please let me know.

It is customary to chant the Adi Mantra three times a the start of a Kundalini Kriya. This invites in your Higher Self and your Spiritual Supporter to guide you through the "yoga of awareness". 

 

Upon completion of a kriya, we chant Sat Nam (visulizing energy rising from the root to the crown.) three times in order to seal and close the practice.

This is a very effective prosperity practice.  There are so many accounts of its incredible success.  I did this as part of a 120-day discipline in 2020. Many amazing things happened for myself and my husband.  This is a very do-able and effective practice.

Gyan Chakra Kriya

Women's Aquarian Leadership did this one daily for a very long time.  Personally, I found that it supported my abiliyt to "see" sacred geometric energy.

 

It is does AMAZING things to your arc line which is the nucleus of your aura.  The tantric har activates energy, increases your radiance and inspired creative action.
