Kundalini Yoga is so potent that it can measureable uplevel your life in one session.
Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, is an ancient yogic technology that addresses every level of energy to include the body, emotions, mind, soul and spirit to remove energetic blockages, expand awareness, create energetic and systemic harmony and inspire transformation, peace and positivity. This "householders yoga" encourages resilience and enhance ones' ability to cope with the challenges of our time.
Most sincerely, it is the original somatic healing therapy, as it holds a cannon of over 8000 kriyas (exercise sets) that were considered so powerful they were practiced in secret for thousands of years.
We are living in times when most people are dealing with some degree of trauma. Drs Peter Levine and Bessel Vanderkolk (among others) have taught us that our subconscious memories are held (stuck) in our cells and tissues. The ancient practices that I am sharing hold the power to heal trauma. The effects can extend beyond one lifetime transforming karmic patterns and ancestral wounding into positive new potentials.

As an energy therapist, I interpret energy in the energy anatomy, the chakras, the physical body, the emotions, the levels of the mind, the soul, in past lives, in the experiences of our ancestors and in the patterns held in our akashic records. The combination of conscious breathwork, eye gaze, body movements, hand positions, and vibrational sounds hold the power to deeply shift your energy, transforming your life and uplifting your situation.
This is why I teach Kundalini Yoga. It is the ultimate self-healing practice.

During a session, we will use specific movements and postures, conscious breathing (pranayama), eye focus (drishti), mudras (hand positions), mantras and meditations to activate and harmonize the physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies.
My classes are intended for all level of experience and fitness. We will utilize the foundational practices of kundalini yoga to regulate the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, purify the blood and to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. The physical and mental practices prepare the body for the transformative effects of the meditation.

No experience with yoga or kundalini yoga is required.
​
Please come appropriately prepared with an empty stomach, comfortable yoga clothes, a water bottle and a yoga mat.

I do request that you refrain from any substances that would alter your awareness during our time together.
