The Morning Call
The Adi Shakti Mantra / Long Ek Ong Kars
The Morning Call harmonizes the chakras and activates the solar plexus. The solar plexus is the power-house necessary to manifest your goals, dreams and desires.
This practice is said to strengthen the connection between the soul at this level, the Higher Self and the Infinite Oneness.
It has the potential to transform karma into dharma. This practice meets you where you are and gently guides you to the next level.
