This meditation will build your radiance so that you can increase your success, prosperity and attract new possibilities. 2 Stroke Breath to Connect Subconscious & Intuition This meditation will build your magnetic field so that you can attract success, prosperity and new possibilites to you. The breath pattern balances the duality of the positive and negative minds and expands the potential of the neutral or meditative mind. This practice will increase the energy of the central channel which will support your evolution. Two-Stroke Breath to Connect the Subconscious and the Intuition Posture & Mudra: Maha Gyan Mudra at Shoulders Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Bend your arms at the elbows so that your fingertips point upward. Place the hands, forearms, and elbows so that they all make one vertical line from elbow to fingertips. Keep them in line with your chest. Rest your upper arms against your ribs. Place your hands in Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger together, middle, ring and pinkie fingers pointing up) with the palms facing forward. Sit with a long spine and hold the fingers straight. The forearms must be vertical in line with the body. Eye Gaze: Black Pearl Dristi Eyes are nine-tenths closed and one-tenth open looking at the tip of the nose. Breath: Trinity Breath The breath is called Trinity Breath. Slightly pucker your lips and inhale powerfully in two-strokes through the mouth (1 second per stroke = 2 second inhalation). Exhale powerfully in one stroke through the nose (1 second). Time: Continue for 15 minutes. To end: Prayer Mudra at Heart Inhale deeply, put your hands together at the center of the chest in Prayer Mudra with the forearms parallel to the ground. Hold your breath for 15-20 seconds as you press your hands together with all your strength. Press so powerfully that your hands shake. Exhale. Inhale, repeat the pressure on the hands and hold the breath for 15-20 seconds. Exhale. Arms Overhead Then inhale and stretch your arms up over your head and stretch your spine strongly upward. Hold the breath 15-20 seconds Exhale and relax. Comments: It’s a difficult exercise for many but use your diaphragm and breathe the first two strokes of air powerfully to open the lungs. Use your breath to stimulate the pituitary. The pituitary, which is stimulated by the eye gaze on the tip of the nose, has to adjust. It takes some practice. But it may give you a strength which you never had before.

A collection of sanskrit mantras to support your health, happiness and transformation. Sanskrit Mantras A favorite, and much utilized, collection of sanskit mantras Maha Mrityunjaya Healing Mantra This is a mantra that I learned from Thomas Ashley Farrand. It is for the most serious of circumstances. This mantra cannot be chanted for someone else. It can only be done for oneself. I completed a 40 day / 31 minutes per day discipline with Ajeet's recording. Lovely! Om Trayumbakam Yajamahe Sughandhim Pushti Vardanam Urvar-ukamiva Bandhanan Mrityor Muksheeya Mamritat Om. Shelter me, O three-eyed Lord Shiva. Bless me with health and immortality and sever me from the clutches of death, even as a cucumber is cut from its creeper. Ajeet's Recording Welcome I am a devoted practitioner of sanskrit and gurmukhi mantra. Both of these languages are energetic in origin and vibrational in nature. As such, they are recognized by our energetic anatomy. You are activating a specific vibrational intention when you chant a sanskrit or gurmukhi mantra. A customary practice is to repeat the mantra 108 times in order to attune each of the 108 energy levels. They can also be done for a specific amount of time such as 3 minutes, 11 minutes, 22 minutes, 31 minutes or 62 minutes, depending your availability. - Science of Meditation | Robin Whitaker
A multi-disciplined guided meditative process where wonderous souls can come together to experience a spiritual practice that will generate genuine grace and produce tangible results in their lives and in the world. Science of meditation Search, no matter what situation you are in. O thirsty one, search for water constantly. Finally, the time will come when you will reach the spring. ~ Rumi Guided Meditation and Journeywork create an opportunity for you... Activate the Relaxation Response "The term "Relaxation Response" was coined by Dr. Herbert Benson, professor, author, cardiologist, and founder of Harvard’s Mind/Body Medical Institute. The response is defined as your personal ability to encourage your body to release chemicals and brain signals that make your muscles and organs slow down and increase blood flow to the brain. In his book, The Relaxation Response, Dr. Benson describes the scientific benefits of relaxation, explaining that regular practice of the Relaxation Response can be an effective treatment for a wide range of stress-related disorders... People who meditate regularly enjoy lower stress levels, increased wellbeing, and even were able to reduce their blood pressure levels and resting heart rate." Marilyn Mitchell M.D., "Dr. Herbert Benson's Relaxation Response". Psychology Today, March 29, 2013. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/heart-and-soul-healing/201303/dr-herbert-benson-s-relaxation-response To activate the relaxation response, we need to shift our brain frequency from from the highly active state of beta into alpha. Alpha brainwave frequency is associated with rest and relaxation. During alpha,we are reflective, in-process and creative. Our breathing becomes more relaxed. Our pulse rate slows, our blood pressure goes down and the endocrine system sends chemical (hormonal) messages that shift the body into a recovery and healing mode. Explore Various Types of Meditation There are many different types of meditation that have been practice for thousands of years. In more recent times, various techniques have been developed. In this practice, we will draw from a variety of sources to include yoga, qi gong, shamanism, the Heartmath Institute and Dr. Joe Dispenza in our integrative practice of meditation. Meditation for Spiritual Development Guided Meditation is the most essential tool for spiritual development as it create a direct connection with one's soul and illuminate the significance of current circumstances of one's life. In meditation practice, the meditative mind is developed which creates the doorway to the higher levels of Being. The pineal gland is toned and activated when the meditative mind is achieved. To Create Dynamic Change To connect with the unified field of Infinite Possibilities to open to the flow of energy that can heal, bless, and create dynamic change in your life. Re-align Your Path To be inspired and empowered to explore, experience and re-align your path with a more conscious intent. Connect with your Luminaries, Spiritual Supporters and Ancestors To connect with your Spiritual Supporters to include the Ancestors of your Spirit (The Beings of Light), the Ancestors of your soul (Teachers, Healers & Allies), the Ancestors of your DNA (Those who have gone before you) and the Earth (Animals, Plants, and Nature Spirits). Heal and Transform To seek out information, allies and energy that will empower clarity of circumstance by offering healing methods that can empower your healing journey. Understand Sacred Contracts and Karmic Patterns To better understand meaning and significance of the people and patterns impacting this lifetime. Where your attention goes, your energy flows. ~ Dr. Joe Dispenza We can utilize meditation to create genuine and dynamic positive change in our lives. In order to create positive change, science tells us that we need to shift from the active and stress-filled level of brain function into a more relaxed and healing state of mind. The waking state of brain function is known as beta. Beta brain function ranges from hyper-vigilance and highly stressed to everyday focus and functional awareness. We spend a great deal of our waking time is the busy-mind-state of beta. It is well documented that extended periods of high beta activity are very hard on the body, mind and spirit. To activate the relaxation response, we need to shift our brain frequency from from the highly active state of beta into alpha. As the brainwave frequency slows down, we move through levels of consciousness. In beta, we are highly conscious, awake and aware. In alpha, we are slowing down and more relaxed. As brainwave frequency continues to slow, we shift from a relaxed state into a state where we still conscious and yet we are now able to access the subconscious mind. This alpha into theta frequency is the goal for our guided meditation. In this frequency, we are able to access the benefits of theta brainwave frequency. Theta brainwave frequency ranges from daydreaming, meditation, light sleep and finally the dream state. For our purposes, we will focus on the alpha-into-theta brainwave frequency range because this is the space where we are able to access the subconscious mind. At this point, the critical (discerning) consciousness relaxes and we now have access to our subconscious mind. Dr. Bruce Lipton has stated that 95% of our mind is unconscious and this subconscious mind is one million times more powerful than our conscious mind. We will harness the power of guided meditation to shift from beta into alpha-theta. This is your opportunity to activate the relaxation response in your body and to access your subconscious mind for the purpose of co-creating health, happiness and transformation.

Kundalini Kriya, Yoga, and Meditation for your Specific Needs and Goals. Personalized Kundalini Yoga Sessions The true purpose of yoga is to discover that aspect of your Being that can never be lost. -Deepak Chopra Welcome! Kundalini Yoga is so potent that it can measureable uplevel your life in one session . Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, is an ancient yogic technology that addresses every level of energy to include the body, emotions, mind, soul and spirit to remove energetic blockages, expand awareness, create energetic and systemic harmony and inspire transformation, peace and positivity. This "householders yoga" encourages resilience and enhance ones' ability to cope with the challenges of our time. Most sincerely, it is the original somatic healing therapy , as it holds a cannon of over 5000 kriyas (exercise sets) that were considered so powerful they were practiced in secret for thousands of years. We are living in times when most people are dealing with some degree of trauma. Drs Peter Levine and Bessel Vanderkolk (among others) have taught us that our subconscious memories are held (stuck) in our cells and tissues. The ancient practices that I am sharing hold the power to heal trauma. The effects can extend beyond one lifetime transforming karmic patterns and ancestral wounding into positive new potentials. As an energy therapist, I interpret energy in the energy anatomy, the chakras, the physical body, the emotions, the levels of the mind, the soul, in past lives, in the experiences of our ancestors and in the patterns held in our akashic records. The combination of conscious breathwork, eye gaze, body movements, hand positions, and vibrational sounds hold the power to deeply shift your energy, transforming your life and uplifting your situation. This is why I teach Kundalini Yoga. It is the ultimate self-healing practice. During a session, we will use specific movements and postures, conscious breathing (pranayama), eye focus (drishti), mudras (hand positions), mantras and meditations to activate and harmonize the physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies.
