I am longing for a consciousness expansion in our world.
In this country our education does not include intuition development, energy anatomy or consciousness exploration. My path has always included a search for practices, tools and techniques that would support myself and my clients. One of the things I love about teaching breathwork, meditation and yoga is that these modalities support intuition development and conscious awareness.
It is hard to understand why more people are not choosing to grow in this way. It could be said that the whole purpose of life is to expand one’s consciousness so that we can see clearly, live compassionately, love fully and serve mightily.
When our intuition and energy awareness increases, our understanding and experience of the multi-dimensional world expands. In spiritual traditions, we are guided to open to a deep and true awareness of who we truly are as this is the pathway to understanding Creation and the Creator. Consciousness is essentially our pathway to GOD, the Infinite, our Oneness.
This may seem a bit lofty in our fast-paced stressful world. How is this practical in the context of our daily lives?
Most notably, when we pass from this world, it is not our possessions, our ego, our roles or personality that take us from this level of existence to the next. What is 3D stays in 3D. What is unreal does not pass beyond this level. We take only our true Self on the journey home. The more we know and experience of our true Self, the easier this transition is.
Recently, my grandsons asked me to join in the game that they were playing. The object is to pick your superpower and then your opponent creates a limitation. One chose to be able to fly. The other limited the power to only three feet above the earth. This is the game.
“Grandma, what superpower do you choose?” I choose to be able to beam conscious awareness into people.
What would our world be like if everyone was able to achieve their highest level of conscious awareness.
What if everyone could…
Understand how their words and deeds affect others and the whole.
See the BIG PICTURE.
Discern truth from fiction.
Understand their grace, beauty and innate sacredness.
What a world it would be!
In our “rat race”, we sacrifice so much for money when we cannot take it with us. Why do we choose wealth over health, happiness and peace?
I understand that a part of our mission on earth is that we are here to learn. And everyone is evolving at their own pace.
It is my prayer that everyone, in their own way, at their own pace, is evolving their consciousness and coming to know their true Soul Self.
I offer blessings for Lammas and for the Lion’s Gate. For the next ten days or so, dream a dream for your blessed, beautiful, and bountiful life. Jupiter is in Leo gracing Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, with its annual rising (the lion’s gate). This heavenly shift has impacted cultures since ancient times. For you, this is a great time to clarify your goals and give them some energy.
Here is a practice for you:
Legacy goals are those goals that support your soul purpose in this lifetime. This practice asks you to dedicate 7 minutes a day to an activity that supports your legacy goals. First, define your legacy goals. Then prepare a list of activities that support your legacy goals. Now commit to do something on that list for 7 minutes every day. Set the timer. Be dedicated to your soul’s legacy. We did this practice in the Aquarian Women’s Leadership Society. It created so many shifts for so many people. (It was the last practice that our teacher, Guru Jagat, gave to us before she died at 41 from an aneurysm.)
It is a worthy practice. We will be working on this tomorrow at Wisdom Circle.
