A practice of breathwork, kundalini yoga, meditation and intention
to activate positive energy for the week ahead.

Meditation

Let's come together in conscious community 
for yoga, meditation and intention. 

In order to get the most out of this practice, I invite you to create a sacred space to do this work.  Light a candle. Have a journal and a pen ready for aha's and inspirations.

We will begin with a short yoga practice to warm the spine and activate the energy. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing. It is best to wait 2 hours after eating. Hydration supports this process so have water or tea available. I recommend using a yoga mat and any props necessary to support your yoga practice such as a knee cushion and/or blocks.

Kundalini Meditations are catalysts for dynamic awakening and transformation.  After completing the yoga postures, we will do a meditation.  It is a good idea to have a cotton or wool blanket available to support your sitting position, your knees and/or to keep warm during the meditation.









I strongly recommend getting a meditation cushion for the meditation and intention time. I purchased a PeaceYoga Meditation Buckwheat Bolster Cushion from amazon that I love. (You can remove some of the buckwheat to create the perfect seat for you.)

After the meditation, we will "check in" with divination to clarify and affirm our intentions. I have many wonderful divinatory tools to share with you and support your journey.

We will seal the practice with a closing blessing.

No experience is required.
