​Join me for an amazing Energy Activation! We will utilize Kundalini Yoga movement, conscious breathwork, guided meditative journeywork and divination to awaken to a new level of Being. We are living in highly energized times. Let us come together and harness this energy to awaken, attune and actualize our positive potentialities. Each month, we will use this time to dive deep into the ancient yogic technology to evolve our path, to redesign our fate into our chosen destiny, and to transfigure our karma into our dharma. This practice holds the potential to awaken, attune and actualize your highest potential in this lifetime. We will activate the kundalini energy, attune to the wisdom of our soul and actualize your path and purpose in the world. No experience necessary. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and a journal. ​ Registration is encouraged.and a water bottle.
